Mobile Food Pantry

Help distribute boxes of food in neighborhoods across Upper Pinellas County where affordable, healthy food is difficult for residents to obtain. An assembly line is set up for residents to stop by and pick up a box a food for their family.

When: One Wednesday per Month, 9:30am – 12:30pm

Volunteers Needed: 15 – 20

Disaster Relief Services

Join The Salvation Army’s Emergency Disaster Services (EDS) team, and help neighbors in need get back on their feet after experiencing a disaster. Completion of training courses are required to become a member of the EDS team.

Help maintain an inviting atmosphere for those who come to The Salvation Army in need of our programs and services. Projects include weeding, mulching, painting, and other maintenance needs.

Help distribute 8,500 turkeys and food baskets to local families in need!

When: November 21-22, 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Help us raise funds to provide programs 365 days a year! This is a great opportunity for groups and individuals. Should be able to stand, ring, and keep the enthusiasm up!

When: November 11 – December 24, Monday – Saturday, 10:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.

b_v_giftAngel Tree Toy & Food Distribution

Spread Christmas joy by helping distribute toys and food to local families in need. Volunteers needed to help prepare the distribution center and help on distribution day.

When: December dates TBD
