Holiday Assistance Applications

The Clay County Corps will be accepting Holiday Assistance applications on the following dates and times. Assistance includes Thanksgiving food baskets and the Angel Tree program, which provides new toys and clothes to children under 12.

Monday, September 26 - Thursday, September 29, 2016 Appointments available from 9:30am-12pm WALK-INS ONLY from 1pm-3pm

In order to register you MUST bring
  • Valid photo ID or copy
  • Valid ID for all adults living in household
  • Proof of Clay County residency (must be from the last three months)
  • Birth certificate for each child applying (ages 12 and under)
  • Proof of income, including food stamps, unemployment, cash assistance, social security, and HUDD housing)

Eligibility is based on federal poverty guidelines.

  • 9:30 am Breakfast
  • 10:00 am Sunday School
  • 11:00 am Worship Service and Children’s Church


  • 10:00 am ESL Class
  • 9-11 and 1-3 Food Pantry


  • 5:45 pm Youth Programs - Girl Guards, Sunbeams, Adventure Corps
  • 5:45 pm Zumba
  • 6:45 pm Brass Band Rehearsal


  • 10:00 am Home League/Women's Ministries
  • 9-11 am and 1-3 pm Food Pantry
  • 6:00 pm - 8:30 pm Performing Arts School
  • 6:00 pm Adult Bible Study


  • 6:00 pm Teen Night/Youth Group
