Worship and Service
Salvation Army corps are first and foremost a church, where local residents gather in worship both on Sundays and during the week. Corps offer a variety of local programs for adults, youth and elderly residents that help them grow spiritually. Typical programs include after-school programs for youth, fellowship groups, Bible study, recreational programs and more.
Our local Salvation Army corps services those throughout the south end of Brevard county, from Pineda south to the county line. In addition to being a church The Salvation Army also runs a variety of social services and programs to provide critical assistance. We operate our food pantry. We provide emergency housing and financial assistance. We participate in times of disaster to help their local communities recover from nature’s sometimes devastating effects.
Our Salvation Army corps is managed by local Salvation Army officers and their experienced, dedicated and hard-working staff of employees, professionals, case managers and volunteers. Each and everyone is a welcoming face and a helping hand to the communities they serve.
