Donation from Airey NCO Academy
On Friday August 7 2015, Mike Shepherd, Tyndall Air Force Base brought donations collected by the students and staff from Airey NCO Academy. These items were given to Salvation Army Domestic Violence Program school age children. There is no way to fully express our gratitude for their generosity. The children can go to school knowing they have all the supplies they need to start the year off great. Again thank you so much!
Donation from North Carolina’s Franklin High School Cheerleading Program
On Sunday, July 26th, 2015, Jennifer Turner-Lynn, Assistant Director at R.E.A.C.H (Resources, Education, Assistance, Counseling and Housing) a dual program for survivors of domestic and sexual violence, located in Macon County, NC and Spirit Program Coordinator of Franklin High School Cheerleading Team, brought a group of sixty-five extraordinary girls, boys and coaches to Panama City, Fl. The team came down south to attend Cheer Camp; however, they wanted to contribute to our community. The team collected and donated various items to the Salvation Army Domestic Violence Program. These items were given to Domestic Violence Shelter. There is no way to fully express our gratitude for their generosity. We here at Salvation Army Domestic Program are continually inspired by the dedication and kindness of donors who answer the call to give again and again.
