The Salvation Army provides a wide range of programs and services for children from infancy right through their teen years.

Through The Salvation Army, many young people develop a sense of purpose in life and are taught to base their lives on Christian truths. For more information about any of these programs, contact us at 850-769-5259.

Character-Building Programs

  • Moonbeams… Girls ages 4 & 5.
  • Sunbeams… Girls in grades 1-5.
  • Girl Guards… Girls in grades 6-12.
  • Adventure Corps… Boys in grades 1-8… Explorers (grades 1-4) and Rangers (grades 5-8).

Other Youth Programs

Junior Soldiers… Program for younger members of The Salvation Army ages 7-14.

Corps Cadets… Leadership development program for teenagers. Corps Cadets who complete this 5 year course are eligible for a $1,000 a year college scholarship.
