Captains Stan and Deborah Colbert
Captains Stan and Deborah Colbert have been the Officers In Charge of The Salvation Army in West Polk County since June 2009. They moved here from North Carolina with their two talented children, Nathan is a freshman at Central Florida University and Cali attends Harrison School of the Arts.
Captain Stan Colbert is a graduate of Birmingham Southern College. He attended seminary at Candler School of Theology at Emory University and has his Masters degree in Conducting from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Captain Deborah Colbert attended Kings Business College in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Children learn new skills and self-reliance; trained counselors who understand their emotional needs and problems help them to mature.
