What to Bring

Unexpired Photo Identification
Proof of residency in Escambia or Santa Rosa County (i.e: current bill, lease, bank statement, car note, etc...)
Proof of income for ONE MONTH (i.e: CURRENT paystub, social security statement, disability, food stamps/SNAP, TANF, child support, etc...
Proof of expense for ONE MONTH (i.e: CURRENT utility bill, lease/mortgage, phone bill, car note, phone bill, etc...
Birth Certificates for ALL children 12 and under (NO social security cards)

You must have ALL items in order for your application to be considered.

*Must show proof of need. *If you have applied for assistance more than 3 years in a row, you will not qualify unless you show proof of one of the following:

That you are CURRENTLY employed.
That you are a CURRENT student.
That you have attended a life-skills class at The Salvation Army within the last year (schedule on back).
That you are CURRENTLY receiving disability or unemployment (consideration of income versus expense).
