Monetary Donations
We rely heavily on the support of the community. It is through the generous monetary gifts of our donors that we are able to continue helping those in need. Although currently the economy is tough on all of us, we urge you to help us as we seek to aid those less fortunate. Remember, together we can make a difference.

Clothing, furniture, etc donation details
We are always grateful for donations we receive. Unfortunately we are unable to accept donations of clothing, furniture or household items at the Sanford location. Donations that are always welcomed and needed include food to give through our food pantry, monetary donations in support of your community and of course the donation of your time through volunteer work. If you would like to donate items to The Salvation Army the closest facilities are located in Portland and Rochester.

 If you would prefer your items to be picked up please contact our pick-up service at 1-800-95-TRUCK.  They will be happy to assist you. We do ask that all donations be in good working order.
