Collectables Evaluator—Adult Rehabilitation Center


POSITION: Collectables Evaluator
LOCATION: Adult Rehabilitation Center—San Francisco, CA
STATUS: Full-time
SALARY: $13-$15/Hr


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated competency in product area as indicated by verifiable training and/or experience.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist on an intermittent or continuous basis.
  • Ability to grasp, push, pull objects such as files, file cabinet drawers, and other office equipment.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to perform various repetitive motion tasks

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

  1. Evaluate and price and inventory collectables and jewelry according to the current administration policy.
  2. Operate the computer touch screen system for pricing merchandise.
  3. Assure activities in assigned shop are conducted in a manner that will provide maximum efficiency, productivity, and quality control, thereby making established quotas.
  4. Maintain production records as required.
  5. Keep immediate working area neat and clean and help in the overall clean up as assigned.
  6. Follows safety measures established and maintained by ARC policy and government regulations.
  7. Follow all security and control procedures to protect and safeguard valuable or high priced items.
  8. Maintain confidentiality as needed and required for the operations of the total program.
  9. Assure activities in assigned shop are conducted in a manner that will provide maximum efficiency, productivity, and quality control, thereby making established quotas.
